KYKLOS

Kyklos object by Taxiarchis Balaskas renews the identity of discarded plastics found at the beach. Plastics with an identity and a way of use, continued traveling by the sea, the air, and via humans, until they became rubbish.

Kyklos transforms these plastics into an object of abstract form, letting each user define its function using their imagination; developing a personal relationship with the object. Charged with the stories of the past, it is transformed in the present into a symbolic compass to guide us on the long journey of life.
